The story:

A Landlord looking for the best company for window replacement, ordered two windows from our team and went through our process of identifying what the best solution would be. This process includes a competitive quote, production measurements, booking an installation date and working around the scheduled of the tenant.

At the end of the job the landlord commented that our company was a pleasure to deal with. We supplied quality windows at a great price, were professional and provided great service after the installation. His question to us was “can you handle a bigger project?”

We assured him that we could and provided trade references from other landlords that hired Pickles for large installations, showing how we work with building managers and how we coordinate multiple installs with minimum impact on tenants.

Agreeing that we could handle a bigger project the landlord hired our company to replace 21 windows in a multi unit apartment complex. From order to final install the project took 5 weeks to complete. The windows took 4 weeks to come in and our installation crews were in the building for 5 days. The project was handled by our production manager working with the building manager and coordinating with the tenants for minimal impact on their lives.

The landlord is now one of Pickle Home Exteriors’ best clients and does not look anywhere else for his replacement business.
